Office suites are let on a standard licence agreement for a minimum term of 6 months, subject to 3 months notice thereafter. Shorter term and flexible lets are available by negotiation to meet individual business needs.
All licence fees are payable monthly in advance and as a guide start from £50 + VAT per week.
We offer furnished office suites, walk-in and ready to go or unfurnished options for tenants to equip to their requirements.
Licence fees are inclusive of all utility costs (heating, lighting and power), buildings insurance and maintenance.
