Office suites are let on a standard licence agreement for a minimum term of 6 months, subject to 3 months notice thereafter. Shorter term and flexible lets are available by negotiation to meet individual business needs.

All licence fees are payable monthly in advance and as a guide start from £50 + VAT per week.

We offer furnished office suites, walk-in and ready to go or unfurnished options for tenants to equip to their requirements.

Licence fees are inclusive of all utility costs (heating, lighting and power), buildings insurance and maintenance.

For tenants the only additional running costs are -

• Business Rates - separate as most office suites qualify for Small Business Rate Relief, typically up to 50%.
• Water Charge - normally £105 per annum.
• Telecoms Services - allowing tenants to order and customise to their requirements without paying operating charges to a landlord.
• Contents insurance - allowing tenant flexibility.
