For tenants the only additional running costs are -

• Water Charge - normally £105 per annum.
• Telecoms Services - allowing tenants to order and customise to their requirements without paying operating charges to a landlord.
• Contents insurance - allowing tenant flexibility.

The majority of offices will benefit from changes to the Small Business Rate Relief Scheme, which will mean no Business Rates payable for the period 1 October 2010 to 30 September 2011.
