Terms

Suites and offices are let on a flexible licence agreement from one month onwards.

Rent is payable monthly in advance and as a guide start from £60 + VAT per week.

We offer furnished suites and offices, walk-in and ready to go.

Rent is inclusive of all utility costs (heating, lighting and power), buildings insurance and maintenance.

For tenants the only additional running costs are:

• Water Charge – normally £110 per annum.
• Telecoms Services – allowing tenants to order and customise to their requirements without paying operating charges to a landlord.
• Contents insurance – allowing tenant flexibility.

The majority of offices will benefit from the Small Business Rate Relief Scheme, which will mean no Business Rates payable in the foreseeable future for all eligible businesses.

• Reception – manned from 08.30 to 16.30 weekdays.

• Fax and photocopying.

• Internet access.

• Secretarial services.

• Boardroom and interview room hire.

• Document storage.
